Mastermind Groups

The ICF Greater Austin Mastermind Groups format is focused on Professional Coach Development and provides a forum for brilliant thinking around the topic(s) each coach brings to the Mastermind meetings. We believe that an ICF local chapter Mastermind opportunity not only strengthens our own coaching community but also improves our effectiveness as coaches and thus greater positive regard in our communities.

You'll dramatically increase your chances of resolving your coaching topic as well as possibly saving yourself time, energy, money and aggravation. You will receive support, encouragement, and feedback from proactive, objective people who are invested in your success and uphold a code of confidentiality. You'll also increase your connection to your community of ICF coaches.

Each participant will receive a certificate for 3 Core Competency Credits and 6 Resource Credits, and this opportunity is offered to you free as part of your ICF Global and Local memberships.

How it Works

Mastermind Groups...

• Are offered to to Members (have a Global and Local membership)
• Can meet in-person or virtually via Zoom - we are currently only meeting virtually
  
• Meet every other week for 12-weeks for a total of 6 meetings
• Each meeting runs approximately 1.5-hours
• Are free of charge due to the volunteer commitment of our members 

In order to participate, we ask each person to watch the demonstration video to understand how ICF Greater Austin facilitates our mastermind. We do this because masterminds are different and we want you to have an understanding of the format before you join.

We request a commitment from each member to attend at least 5 of the 6 meetings. Each group requires a minimum of 3 participants and have a maximum of 6 participants along with 2 coach member facilitators.  In the case the mastermind fills, you may register your name to the wait-list and you may be contacted if there is an opening due to a cancelled registration. 

Please note that Mastermind participants must be members of both ICF Austin and ICF Global.
