This interactive workshop is designed to help participants understand how language shapes perception, relationships, and results. Grounded in the principles of Words That Change Minds by Shelle Rose Charvet, this session explores the Language and Behavior (LAB) patterns that reveal what motivates people and howthey prefer to communicate.
Through practical exercises and real-world examples, participants will learn how to identify these patterns, adapt their messaging to different audiences, and use words that inspire action and connection. Whether you’re coaching individuals or teams, or striving to communicate more effectively, this workshop equips you with tools to transform conversations, enhance influence, and create meaningful impact—one word at a time.
