However, there's a difference between how we think change should work (simple, linear and predictable) and how it really works (complex, nonlinear and endlessly surprising). In this session, Kristen Lisanti will offer an overview of her 10 Truths of Radiant Change and the profound impact they can have on how we coach—and how our clients transform.
