Join us for an introduction to and exploration of the the world of Tension Release Exercises (TRE) and Emotional Regulation, an immersive and highly practical in-person workshop.
Here’s how you can benefit from this workshop:
The TRE workshop will be held at Wilco Workspaces on Nov 30th, Dec 7th, and Dec 14, 2023 from 10 am to noon. Attendance is limited to 7 people.
10:00 - 10:15 am Arrival and Getting Settled
10:15 am - 12:00 pm TRE Workshop
Please make sure you bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Plan to wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
The workshop is lead by ICF Austin Chapter member, Amanda Duarte (PCC, NBC-HWC), a somatic coach that specializes in the field of emotional regulation. With a deep care for the mind-body connection, Amanda empowers individuals to cultivate emotional well-being and navigate life's challenges with greater ease. Amanda's passion for helping others stems from her personal experience of burnout and the understanding of the impact that unresolved stress and tension can have on our overall well-being. Through the application of TRE, clients learn to tap into their body's innate wisdom and activate the body's natural ability to release stress and restore equilibrium.
