Join ACMP and ICF for a series of touchpoints throughout the year that explores The Power of Both: ACMP & ICF Insights Series starting with a webinar on Tuesday, March 21, 2023: What Organizational Change Can Leverage from Professional Coaching.

This webinar will engage the coaching and change professional communities in four key areas:
• how professional coaches and change management professionals can partner to significantly improve the success of large-scale organizational change initiatives
• how Professional Coach and Professional Change Manager are complementary and distinct in the value they provide to the organizational change process
• look at the seven inflection points in the change process where professional coaching can be integrated to improve the outcomes and sustainability of organizational change initiatives.
• look at the significant opportunity to expand awareness and engagement of both professional coaches and change professionals in the role of coaching in organizational change.

Task Force representatives will share the joint ACMP/ICF recommendations for each of these four key areas and engage the communities in contributing to the ongoing collaboration and exploration.
