WHAT DOES DEIJ HAVE TO DO WITH COACHING?
A Panel Discussion
Friday, December 2, 2022, 12-1 PM CST via Zoom
CCEs TBD
As the coaching profession has gained visibility and garnered wider interest, coaches need to stay on top of important individual and organizational needs related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We invite you to this panel that will allow us to take a deeper look at the relationship between the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the coaching industry.
In an ever-more diverse society, we, as coaches, benefit from knowledge and education that raises awareness about the role that coaching plays in our efforts towards a more inclusive and just society, especially when we consider coaches as primary facilitators for human change.
Join these expert panelists to discuss and reflect on the current state of coaching as it relates to the DEI efforts critical for individual and organizational success.
