Powerful Teaming--just like powerful questions--is a technique every coach should know. Based on Design Thinking principles, Powerful Teaming is an open-ended method for discovering unvoiced group dynamics and making them visible to the group in a safe way that fosters discussion and agreement. It’s a fun, interactive, and highly flexible technique that can be applied in many different settings. Yet it’s also deceptively simple; to do it well requires some subtlety which, as it turns out, are exactly the kinds of subtle skills that coaches do so well.
In this hands-on interactive session, you will experience Powerful Teaming directly. We will walk you through the process step by step, showing you where and how to use your coaching skills. We will also give you multiple example templates, showing you how to apply Powerful Teaming to accomplish different goals.
