What if you were missing many opportunities throughout each day to hardwire your brain for greater positivity? The word simple is not meant to imply a quick fix but when practiced consistently and overtime this approach towards greater Positive Neuroplasticity can support a life lived less often in the reactive ‘red zone’ and more regularly in the responsive ‘green zone’. After completing Rick Hanson’s professional training and practicing for several years, Kelley can attest to the well of positivity that is always close at hand and she shares the basic framework with you in this presentation so you can start practicing today! Let’s choose to live with greater positivity in our own lives and in cooperation with others. Just imagine what we might do together!
Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings.
