What if you could thrive amidst change? You can by being more resilient. How resilient are you and your clients? How do you build resiliency within yourself and clients? What kinds of questions can you ask to help build resiliency in your clients?
This interactive presentation for those who want to understand and build resiliency in themselves and others. We will describe characteristics of resiliency, assess your own resiliency, and learn methods to grow and nurture resiliency skills for yourself and others. You will walk away with actions for your personal growth for resiliency and tools for use with your clients or team.

About the Speaker
Teresa Bitner, M.Ed, PMP, ACC, partners with those who've been knocked down by life and want to bounce back to live a more bold life. She is a coach, speaker, and author specializing in resiliency, change, and loss. Change happens in life and work. Building resiliency and learning steps for surviving and thriving amidst constant change sets apart those who live boldly.
Her passion is working with those who want to learn how to thrive and learn new skills to bounce back.
She has been coaching and mentoring professionals for over 20 years in various roles as an IT software developer, team lead, manager, project manager, educator, mentor, and leader. Teresa brings to the coaching relationship many unique and challenging life experiences including career transitions, personal losses of first spouse and mother and forging resiliency.
Her clients vary from young high tech to mid year career changes to anyone suffering from a loss (natural disaster, death of a loved one, loss of a career)
