About the Speaker

Dr. Rolle is a skilled management consultant with over 22 years of experience in strategy planning, leadership development, organization transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion education, and training and development. Career highlights include college and university teaching, founding two management consulting firms and a nonprofit organization, textbook author, experienced researcher, expert facilitator and proven leader.

Dr. Rolle has held positions with various organizations in the academic, business, government and nonprofit arenas. She developed curriculum for, and teaches diversity, equity and inclusion in the Executive Education Program at the UTSA Center for Professional Excellence. Dr. Rolle is also a certified executive coach and diversity, equity and inclusion professional. She is the editor of Martyrs for the Movement: Black Bodies, Civil Rights and #BlackLivesMatter, published in 2020.
