About the Speaker,
Sharanya Rao, PCC

Sharanya Rao is career and leadership coach, and also the Chief Operations Officer at Coaching 4 Good, an Austin-based coaching collective. She is a creative powerhouse who awakens clarity and transformation in her clients.

Her passion is partnering with clients to empower them with clarity, purpose and conscious decision-making about their professional goals. She uses mindfulness, creativity and Co-Active coaching to empower her clients with awareness, vision and choice, so they can become "unstuck", resolve their inner conflict and move into conscious, resonant action. She works with professionals in career transition to help them design a career that aligns their intention with their impact. She also works with leaders at all levels who want to achieve more impact through their leadership.

Her own career journey has taken her from being a lawyer in private practice in Singapore to a legal manager in a government agency in Texas, and in various capacities in non-profit organizations globally. These (cultural, national, industrial and professional) transitions have equipped her with a large toolkit of skills, a deep appreciation for cultural intelligence and a global outlook.
