You’re a good coach, right? You deserve to have a full roster at strong fees. Why is that so hard?

There are tons of books and videos and courses about how to enroll clients. But none I’ve found offer a clear, useful framework to explain the inner challenges that hold us back. Just as we work with clients on the limiting beliefs that block their progress, we need to address our own limiting beliefs about enrollment before we can be fully successful.

You’ll leave this workshop with:

A straightforward enrollment model that you can immediately begin to experiment with.
An understanding of how you may be blocking yourself at each stage of the process.
Tools to work more powerfully with your blocks (and your clients’ blocks).
Direction for the inner journey to a full coaching roster.

About the Speaker,
Linda Ford, Ph.D., PCC

Dr. Linda Ford has logged over 30,000 hours helping leaders achieve their goals. She has provided executive coaching, culture consulting, and strategic planning for hundreds of successful executives. She comes to this work with 15 years experience working inside large organizations, over 20 years consulting experience, and a PhD in Human and Organization Systems.

Linda’s journey to a joyful and prosperous practice was a bumpy road until she began to look at enrollment as an invitation to develop herself. First practicing in a model from a book, allowing the steps of enrollment to guide her growth. Then developing her own model to include both enrollment and the inner journey that makes powerful enrollment possible.

Now Linda has a thriving practice, adding clients to her roster when she wants to at strong fees.
