Mission Capital Emerging Leadership Academy

The Emerging Leadership Academy is a dynamic program for the next generation of nonprofit leaders in Central Texas. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of their leadership capacity, advance their ability to lead in the nonprofit sector and strengthen their network of nonprofit peers.  Strong leaders are at the heart of community problem solving. Our community needs leaders who are prepared and equipped to create lasting social change.

Participant Profile:

The Emerging Leadership Academy is for nonprofit professionals who are in the first decade of their nonprofit careers, or those looking to break into the nonprofit sector.

Your Commitment:

This is a pro-bono laser coaching commitment. The estimated number of participants is 12 to 20. The number of coaches will be based on demand. We will contact qualified coaches in the order of registration.

As a reminder, you must be a current ICF Global and local member with an ACC, PCC, or MCC credential in good standing in order to participate. Pleasecontact us if you are eligible to upgrade your membership and be sure to update your profile with your current credentials.
