About the Speaker
Diane Winn, PCC
Diane Winn, certified Leadership coach, mentor, facilitator and speaker has over 20 years of success providing the support leaders and executives need to reach their potential. She understands firsthand the responsibilities and challenges leaders undertake, particularly women in business. As a full-time professional coach and mentor operating her own consultancy since 2004, Diane’s work brings focus to the opportunities inherent in the challenges her clients are facing. When leaders are promoted or wish to be promoted, they often need to re-invent themselves by adding skills or changing perspective. Diane works to support sustainable change in thinking, behavior and results. She helps clients recognize and utilize their natural and unique strengths with increased skill and confidence to create centered leadership presence and organizational results. Her single focus is the client’s success.
Diane is also the architect of two programs – Enhancing Emotional Intelligence and Coaching Skills for Leaders. These experiential programs provide self-mastery tools for high-potential team members. Topics include the science of heart and mind, proficiency in listening and responding, giving and receiving clear feedback and assimilating logic with wisdom. A recent graduate commented “Classes I’ve taken in the past have focused on how to manage external problems. This class presented the opportunity to look at what happens internally and change my response to external stimulus.”
