FEBRUARY MONTHLY MEETING

Building Your Case for Coaching Return on Investment (ROI)

Jump into the complex world of ROI with Dr. Catherine Oleksiw and walk away with more confidence in how you think about accountability for your clients and the impact of your coaching programs.

This presentation will provide participants with a deeper dive into the layers of the ROI model including the five levels of evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, Results (Impact), and ROI. “Believe me, calculating the ROI metric itself is the easiest step in the model,” Dr. Oleksiw will tell you.

The Challenges

  1. Designing your ROI study with valid and reliable metrics for the essential elements of your coaching programs.
  2. Effectively and with conviction communicating the value of ROI to your client.
  3. Identifying an “ROI champion” who keeps the ROI study alive over the course of the data collection phase.

With ROI, you will never be at a loss for challenges, but the rewards are monumental when that final report is shared with your client.

What Participants Will Learn

  • How to set the stage for assessing your coaching (and training) programs
  • The 5 Levels of ROI
  • The benefits of an ROI study and how to communicate that to your clients
  • How to explain to the client the ROI definition and formula
  • How to prepare for the ROI study
  • What intangible impact is and how to talk about it in concert with hard metrics
