Everyone is Judging You: Using the ICF Code of Ethics to Your Advantage
Dr. Jack Allen, ACC is a fish in water. He loves people and lives to see them realize their dreams. He’s a listener, deep thinker, connector, writer, and story teller. You will laugh at least once during the session and probably more than that.
Jack is the CEO of dynamics coaching where he coaches millennials and their managers to greater success. He has counseled, coached, mentored, sponsored, taught, and developed emerging and executive leaders for 25 years in Texas, major US cities, Ireland, Kenya, and Rwanda. Jack’s been a home builder, tenured professor, entrepreneur, and started a church. He created the Team Member Care program of organizational development that helped earn a Malcolm Baldrige Award. His PhD is in ethics and managerial psychology with emphases in cultural reconciliation, economics, and management. He currently serves on the ICF Greater Austin Chapter board.
