Our fabulous facilitator for this evening workshop will be Jude Olson, PhD, ACC. Jude currently serves on the faculty of the University of Dallas where she teaches “Emotional Intelligence for Effective Leadership” and “Managing Complex Organizations.” Jude is also a coach for the TCU MBA program.
Jude is a certified Appreciative Coach who has used this methodology successfully with clients during individual transitions and organizational transformations. Jude believes that Appreciative Coaching’s power is its inquiry process that finds ‘what works in the world’ and uses that basis for envisioning a new future. During this workshop we will explore how this coaching approach can be applied to assisting individuals and groups to accelerate change based on the principles of positive psychology. Tools, case studies and resources will be provided, as well as providing all participants an opportunity to ‘practice’ what’s been shared.
