Assessment Cafe - Get a 'taste' of assessments that can enrich your practice

ASSESSEMENT CAFÉ:  Sample various assessments to learn how the power of insight can help your clients achieve results   

Assessments can be very useful in coaching by revealing clients' preferences, behaviors, and styles for dealing with various situations and other people.  Assessments can get to many dimensions about your client that you couldn’t capture in a single interview which can  accelerate the coaching process.  If you are exploring new ideas for your coaching practice, or simply curious how your colleagues may be using assessments, this session is for you. 

In this session, you will have an opportunity to select from a variety of assessments used by chapter members.  You will receive a brief overview of your top 3 choices in 20 minute “Café Style” round table discussions to learn about the tool and applications for coaching.  A sample of the assessments that will be available to choose from include:

• The Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire
• The Leadership Circle Profile
• WellCoaches Health and Wellness assessment

• Non-local, but ICF Global Chapter members -- $10
• Non-members and Guests -- $15
