Biography
Jennifer Clay is an ICF-credentialed positive psychology and strengths coach, facilitator, content creator, and founder of Monarch Coaching Company. She helps people move from pressure to peace, from comparison to acceptance, and from performing to belonging—guiding them back to who they were always meant to be.
At the heart of Jennifer’s work are four guiding truths:
You’re free. You’re enough. You’re not in a race. You’re allowed to pause, realign, and try again.
Her approach is rooted in a holistic philosophy she calls Healthy Wholebeing—the belief that well-being isn’t one-dimensional. It’s about exploring and aligning all areas of life to find enjoyment, satisfaction, and health. She empowers clients to live intentionally, not perfectly, and to build lives that reflect who they truly are.
Jennifer’s work helps individuals create lives that flow—supported by rhythms, structures, and useful practices that align with their values, strengths, and goals. Through coaching and facilitation, she offers powerful reframes, meaningful tools, and safe, compassionate spaces for personal transformation.
Jennifer lives and works in Austin, Texas, serving individuals and teams who are ready to live and lead with authenticity, alignment, and well-being.
