Christina Miser Batten, CPCC, ACC, is the President and Owner of Aduro Consulting and a leadership coach who helps people navigate complexity with clarity, resilience, and intention. She partners closely with clients through periods of growth and change, bringing a steady, systems-aware approach to both individual development and organizational work.
Her professional background spans hotel operations, large-scale events, and extensive experience working directly with individuals, experiences that sharpened her ability to understand human dynamics, balance competing priorities, and design practical solutions that hold under pressure. Shaped by an international upbringing, Christina brings a deep respect for diverse perspectives and an ability to work effectively across roles, cultures, and personalities.
Christina is based in Austin, Texas, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their spirited rescue dog, Dexter.
