Biography
Amanda Duarte is a Wellbeing coach that focuses on the human being behind the Leadership role. Originally from Brazil, she has been working worldwide, from Latin America to the Middle East, Europe, and Asia over the last 20 years. Having changed careers four times across three languages, she became an expert in professional and life transitions. Her capacity to connect with people and deep interest in personal development led her into the coaching career.
After her personal story of burnout, back in 2016, she’s been committed to break the stigma of mental health. She learned the importance of being able to regulate her emotions and leverage it to create new possibilities. She is known for her ability to create rapport and safe environments that allow people to reconnect with themselves, get clear on their needs and transform their relationships. Her clients report major transformations leading them to feel balanced and self-confident in pursuing their goals and dreams, in their personal and professional lives.
Having been an expat for over 17 years, Amanda considers home wherever she is with her husband and two kids. Her family is, unequivocally, her most meaningful accomplishment. She considers sacred her morning coffee and exercising. Her kids say she is a great chef and she knows that’s just because she pours her heart into it.
