EVENT DESCRIPTION:

In today’s fast-paced professional world, strong leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about emotional and social intelligence. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment brings clarity to this often-elusive quality, providing coaches and leaders with a concrete framework to develop essential emotional skills. In this session we explore how EI coaching fosters long-term behavioral change and boosts performance across diverse professional settings.

Attendees will gain insights into the core components of the EQ-i 2.0 model and discover practical techniques to integrate emotional intelligence principles into coaching practice. Whether you're a seasoned coach or new to EI concepts, this presentation offers a compelling case for embedding emotional intelligence at the heart of leader development and your coaching practice.

  • Participants will explore and apply emotional intelligence concepts to effectively support client growth and learning
  • Participants gain insights on how to support emotional intelligence development that aligns with individual client goals.
  • Coaches will increase their understanding of the EQ-i 2.0 by exploring its purpose, interpretation, and explore the integration emotional intelligence assessment into their coaching practice.
  • Coaches explore practical strategies to deepen client engagement, navigate emotional dynamics, and foster sustainable change through emotionally intelligent coaching.

SPEAKER BIO:

Lorraine Lawrence is the Founder and CEO of Renew Coaching and Consulting. With a deep passion for executive coaching, leadership development, and emotional intelligence, Lorraine has dedicated her career to empowering leaders and teams with the skills needed to thrive in today’s complex workplace. She is an International Coach Federation Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with over 2,500 hours coaching senior leaders from all sectors one-to-one, Lorraine is also a Master Trainer in Emotional Intelligence with MHS, facilitating workshops on emotional intelligence, and certifying professionals to use the EQ-i 2.0 assessment.

Global Members/Chapter = $25 USD
Non-Members = $30
