In celebration of International Coaching Week, we’re excited to offer a transformative session that invites coaches to look beneath the surface of their conversations and into the quieter narratives shaping them. This experience is an invitation to deepen your presence, expand your awareness, and reconnect with the subtle yet powerful stories that live in the background—for you and your clients.
About the session:
What if the real obstacle in your client’s way isn’t their circumstance—but a quiet, powerful story they’ve been living inside, often without realizing it?
In this experiential session, we’ll explore the ontological coaching concept of Master Assessments—those deeply rooted beliefs we hold about ourselves, like “I’m not enough,” “I’m too much,” “I’m broken,” or even “I’m special.” These aren’t just passing thoughts. They live in the body, shape our moods, and echo in our language and predispose us to certain actions and limit other. They influence what we believe is possible, often without our conscious awareness.
As coaches, recognizing these Master Assessments in our clients—and ourselves—is a profound step toward transformation. In this session, you'll not only learn how to listen for Master Assessments and how they show up in coaching conversations, but you’ll also be guided through a gentle, reflective process to uncover your own.
With curiosity and compassion, we’ll explore how these narratives may influence your coaching presence and impact. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how these beliefs shape perception, a set of tools to help clients name and shift their Master Assessments, and a greater awareness of your own internal narrative and its impact on your coaching and your life.

About the speaker:
Barb Eisele is a seasoned PCC and transformational facilitator with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate reinvention, align with their purpose, and bring forward their truest selves. A mentor coach, health and wellness coach, and ontological practitioner, she brings a rare blend of skill, soulful presence, fierce love, and playful wisdom to every room she enters.
Years ago, she discovered her own Master Assessment—the quiet backstage voice whispering, “You don’t matter.” That voice had been directing her life from the shadows, keeping her in roles that felt safe but small. That powerful discovery had her step out from behind the curtain and onto center stage. As she rewrote her inner script, she reclaimed her power, her presence, and her purpose. Today, she helps other coaches recognize and work with these hidden narratives—both in themselves and in their clients—with courage, clarity, and compassion.
Her coaching practice is grounded in the belief that even in the face of fear, loss, or uncertainty, people can reclaim their power, purpose, and voice. From laying herself off in a moment of radical clarity, to overcoming the loss of a business and home, to navigating a health crisis, she has walked the path of reinvention with courage and grace—and now helps others do the same. Whether she is coaching mid-career women to find purpose in their work or mentoring coaches to uplevel their skills, she is known for her soulful presence, deep listening, and real-world insight, Barb creates safe, transformative spaces where coaches and clients alike can lift the mask, shift the story, and reclaim their deepest truth.
