About our speakers:
Cathy Morris is an Executive Coach & Facilitator in leadership capabilities, team productivity, and navigating complex settings. Viewed as enthusiastic and effective, Cathy leverages Emotional Intelligence (EQ) tools and organizational systems knowledge to collaboratively help her clients build agility and resilience for success in today’s demanding business environments. She is a Certified EQ Coach and holds certifications in Working Genius, Hogan, Organizational Development, and has an M.A. in Sociology.
Natalie Murray, PhD, is a transformative higher education leader, researcher, and coach with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in learning and leadership. With a background spanning physics, digital transformation, and human development, she explores how technology reshapes work, life, and personal growth. An ICF-certified coach (ACC) and Social Innovation Fellow, Natalie is passionate about empathetic leadership, workplace transformation, and mentoring emerging leaders. Curious and connection-driven, she believes meaningful relationships fuel insights and lasting change.
