What to Expect:
During this 3.5-hour retreat, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and revitalization, guided by experienced facilitators. Here's what's in store:

Arrival and Welcome: Begin your retreat experience with a warm welcome and settle into the tranquil atmosphere.

Movement & Mindset: Engage in gentle yoga practices and mindfulness exercises to center your body and mind.

Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE): Release stored tension and stress from the body through TRE, a powerful technique for promoting relaxation and emotional healing.
