With a background in electrical engineering and lifelong self-actualization studies, he uses a relationship-driven, Socratic approach to help clients achieve their goals. Tim has worked with clients like Google, YouTube, MasterCard, and more, offering practical coaching and transformative strategies. He started his career in the military and high-tech sectors and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. Tim is also known for creating the 8 Gate Matrix™ coaching system and is a Master Level instructor in various martial arts. He resides in Austin, Texas with his family and enjoys restoring vintage cars, gardening, and writing.
