About This Session: 

Two birds with one stone: working as an employee and using that to build your coaching career

Are you straddling two worlds: a full-time job and developing a coaching business? There is a way to get two birds with one stone. In this session, we slow down together to think through opportunities you have in your full-time job that also support the development of your coaching business. Come to learn from others, share your strategies and be held accountable to efficiently get two birds with one stone.

About the facilitator:

Kerri Burchill, PhD, recently embarked on her journey as a full-time consultant which is both anxiety-provoking and exciting in the same breath. She is new to San Antonio, though originally from Western Canada. Kerri loves the warmer weather (OK, the summer was a bit hot!) and enjoys walks with the two best decisions of her life: her partner of 27 years and her dog.

Kerri’s Company, North Star Coaching, specializes in helping emerging and mid-level leaders pull out of the day-to-day spin, slow down to go fast and achieve ambitious results. She has her PCC designation and is 1600 hours towards her MCC. Kerri’s life mission is to be a bridge for people to get to the next leg of their journey. If anything in the world lights her fire, it is seeing people make progress.
