What's On Your Client's "Map"?
Powerful Questions for Discovery

CCEU's for this event:  Core Competencies 1

"Maps" is one way to describe what neuroscience calls our perceptions or mental model--how a person views the world. We are all unique, even when sharing an experience. The "limits" to a speaker's map needs to be understood through astute and powerful questions. You can learn to meet a person at their map through gentle probing. You can learn the skills to help your clients fully know their goals more quickly, by using the structure so you can "get the facts" as your client sees them.

By learning and practicing how to create questions that uncover specific information and probe limits to the client's thinking, the progress of the client will actually move forward faster.

In this interactive session you will try on and practice your questioning skills based a tried and true Syntax Advantage for uncovering valuable information and removing resistance that helps facilitate next steps for your client.
