Mindful Self-Compassion
Self-compassion is essential to the process of human change. Based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff, from the University of Texas, Austin and the clinical perspective of Dr. Chris Germer, clinical professor from Harvard Medical School, Mindful self compassion teaches skills and practices to help people mange and respond to life's difficulties with kindness and understanding. Our speaker Beth Block is certified in the Mindful Self-Compassion approach and will lead a highly interactive session to help us experience the techniques and use them with our coaching clients.
About our speaker Beth Block:
